Midgets dominate sectionals, advance to State Championship

Defending Tier II Midget 18U State Champion CP Dynamo showed the north country why they played for the 18U National Championship in Pittsburgh, Pa last spring. With scores of 11 - 2 and 10 - 2, the Orange coasted over the Jr Cardinals 18U team with ease.Drew Foster led the way with 5 goals on the weekend.
Tyler Lingel and
Nick Gallagher provided support with 3 goals each.
Tyler Hynes,
Jake Hendickson and
Chris Huck chipped in with 2 goals each.
Rylee Merrill, Eric Augspurger ,
Dave Ferris and
Anthony Delzotto added singles. Hendrickson (5), Huck (5), Hynes (4), Merrill (3), Lingel (2), Delzotto (2),
Frinton (2),
Smethurst (2),
Stoya (1), Gallagher (1) and Augspurger (1) rounded out the helpers. A great weekend for the stat sheet and now it's on to the
Top Gun Blue Chip Midget Showcase next weekend.
